Financial Aid Overview

The financial aid application is mandatory for every family. Each family must meet the income guidelines set by the Cristo Rey Network. The financial aid application includes providing tax documents and pay stubs as available. If you do not have these forms available, or would like help completing the application, please contact the Admissions Office for an appointment.

The Cristo Rey OKC financial aid application must be completed online and requires a $30 application fee. If you have any questions or would like assistance completing the application, the Admissions Office is happy to set an appointment to help you over the phone or in person.

Supporting Documentation

The following supporting documentation must be submitted:

  • Household members' most recently completed federal tax forms (personal and businesses owned)

  • All corporate, partnership, and trust forms, if a household member owns 20% or more interest in a corporation, partnership, or trust
  • If you do not file taxes or do not have these documents, please contact the Admissions Office for assistance

External Funding Applications

Unlike some private schools that may need to return a portion of PCTC checks to families if tuition is paid, Cristo Rey OKC qualifies to retain the full $7,500 per student due to the language in the Title 70, Oklahoma Statues, Section 28-101.

According to the statute:

“A private school may accept an amount up to the total cost of education as determined by the school, regardless of the school’s published tuition or fee schedule.”

Because Cristo Rey OKC does not charge tuition in the traditional sense and instead operates a cost-to-educate model (where donors and the Corporate Work Study Program help subsidize every student), the full PCTC award can be applied toward the true cost of educating each student.

State of Oklahoma School Choice Initiative

Signed into law in 2023, the Parental Choice Tax Credit program provides support (up to $7,500 per student) for the cost to educate Cristo Rey OKC students.

Scholarship Granting Organizations

Cristo Rey OKC participates in two separate granting organizations. These provide critical funding to our students. Each family is strongly encouraged to apply to either CSOF or OSF. To apply, please contact Yuri Alba at Yuri.Alba@CristoReyOKC.org.
